Eat fresh raw veggies and loads of fiber. The veggies will increase your energy and the fiber scrubs your digestive track by promoting regularity and ridding the body of toxins. Moreover, for you folks who wish to shed a few pounds, fiber will give you the feeling of being full.
Taurus (April 20-May 20)
Do what you need to do to get things done. Do not moan and groan about how hard it is, or that you simply do not want to do it, and just do it. Less complaining and more action brings results faster.
Gemini (May 21-June 20)
Give yourself three weeks to focus on you. If your appearance bothers you, then do something about it. Want to lose weight? Eat more veggies, and fruits, less meat, and do not eat after 8pm. If you drink alcohol, remember that it is very, very, very fattening, so cut down on it.
